The Oklahoma Sponsoring Committee has contracted with the Industrial Areas Foundation (IAF) to provide leadership training for its member institutions.  Like all IAF affiliates we have our own name, set our own agenda, and have hired our own lead organizer.  Our faith traditions guide us while the IAF gives us a proven framework to achieve results.

 

The process begins with each member institution conducting small group or "house" meetings where individuals come together and talk about life in Oklahoma City.  From there, we'll find common ground and decide where we can be effective in solving common problems faced by families and then take action. This process repeats continually as issues are identified and tackled.  Oklahoma Sponsoring Committee member institutions are currently holding their first round of house meetings.
